Description of the theft
The front wheel was locked to a communal bike rack in residential underground parking lot. They took the front wheel off and stole the bike. They also stole other bikes and front wheels. Update: Picture is from the Facebook listing where thieves are trying to sell it. The front tire is obviously from a different bike.
