A white male with short dark hair wearing jeans and a dark long-sleeved shirt broke into my garage—used a tool to force a window open (I have him on Ring video). He took the bike, which was hanging on the wall, exited the garage through the swing door, and took the bike and himself over my privacy fence toward my neighbors’ house.
