Description of the theft
Outside, between the Engineering Teaching and Learning Complex (ETLC) and the Chemical and Materials Engineering (CME) building at the University of Alberta, I parked and locked my bike according to the University of Alberta's "Lock it right" guidelines. This was at about 8:50 AM on September 3, 2022. Two hours later, I walked out of the CME building to find my bike, as well as the U-lock and cable, completely missing. There were no signs that the bike had even been there.
