Description of the theft
It was locked to the bike rack in front of Waterstones, West Quay, Southampton. The lock and the bike were taken by someone with a mask and a hat at 16.50 according to CCTV footage, so we were told by a security guard. Police don't wanna do anything about it and the footage will be deleted in a month.
