Description of the theft
Broke lock on Thule bike rack and stole two bikes. Took place on flour two of key bank parking deck corner parking spot on Paul st. Side. The trek bike no longer has blue peddles or bottle cage from below picture. Lock mount is where bottle cage should be and there are no peddles.
