Description of the theft
Bike was within a secure property but still on the Thule bike carrier mounted on the vehicle. Thule lock was on and a secondary bike cable combination lock. Crooks cut through the neighboring fence with wire cutters and then proceeded to cut all the straps and locks to remove the bike and exit back via the hole in the fence.
