Description of the theft
This touring bike was stolen from the front rack of the 22 line MUNI coach heading east. It occured at 11h45 when the bus was offloading passengers at the 16th and Folsom stop. I didn't see the thief, but was told that he released the fork and then fled down Van Ness.
