Description of the theft
Bicycles (Novara and a black Marin) were stored inside a secure building and were locked to railings with heavy duty cables. The thief/thieves arrived with cable cutters and stole both bicycles. REI bike service so far could not locate the serial numbers, which on the attached picture is difficult to read.
