Description of the theft
Seth's black Norco Mountain bike was in the bike rack just west of the entrance to Treasure Valley Skate. As he left the establishment at 7:45 p.m., he noted the bike was missing. It had his white Hydro Flask in the bottle holder. Two men in the vicinity (in front of library also west of skate rink) noted someone riding a black mountain bike in the parking lot who then proceed east near / on State Street.
