Description of the theft
wife and I and 1 year old granddaughter biked to restaurant on Pearl Street and sat outside with bikes 10 feet away unlocked. I went inside to get fries while wife watched bikes but she was distracted for a moment by granddaughter leaving the table. When I came back with fries bike was gone. She did notice two guys watching us when we played in fountain before arriving at restaurant.
