Description of the theft
The bike was parked outside the front of my apartment building on Aurora Ave. It was locked to a bike rack with a solid steel U-Lock. The bike rack was sawed open, with what I believe was a non-powered bolt cutter or saw. Both the bike and the lock were stolen.
