Description of the theft
Bike was locked at school bike rack (Westminster Junior High School) at approximately 8:30am. My son went out at 12:00pm and saw that his bike and another was stolen. Thief cut locks to ALL bikes on the rack and left them scattered on the ground. My son confirmed his and one other bike was stolen.
