Bicycle detail

My bike was locked along the rail outside near the entry way on the 4th floor. The U lock locked the frame to the rear wheel and the cable locked the front wheel around the rail back Into the U lock. It was secured nicely. The bike has light blue haro flightline vinyl and it’s all matte black on the frame. I have an upgraded crankbrothers pedal set on and a white crankbrothers vinyl sticker added to the bike so I can distinguish what’s mine. I came home today at 12:30am and noticed it was missing. Someone had to have cut that lock and taken it. Also my garage is secure and has a code to enter to go in and all the doors to the entry points require codes or clickers. Someone must have taken it at an odd time and the security must have not been patrolling properly either. I noticed it missing and filed the report.
