Bicycle detail

It was in the corner of a parking garage for a small apartment building. Code needed to get in, key to get in through side gate. It was under a black cover, locked to a bike stand that was in one piece and was not removable or broken, I tested it. Cameras everywhere (security company not being diligent). The apartment/garage building is right across the street from the Rancho grocery store which is near Marissa’s Bookstore on the corner. No obvious marks from cutting or forcing.
