Bicycle detail

Brand new Decathon folding bike (along with another similar one with same color) was stolen at CUSTOM House Underground (Elizabeth line) station designated Bike Parking area with very good CCTV coverage. The bike was fit with 500 BIKE FRONT PANNIER 12L with black color (see pic via https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/500-bike-front-pannier-12l/_/R-p-1068?mc=8031536&c=BLACK) and ELOPS 100 BIKE PANNIER RACK 24"-28" (see pic via https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/100-bike-pannier-rack-24-28/_/R-p-187311). The theft stole our two folding bikes from the Custom House station (Elizbeth line) designated bike parking area in the afternoon. They left our two wheels with their own lock and came back in the night, cut our U lock and stole our two wheels afterwards separately.
