Description of the theft
I Left the bike locked to a bike rack outside of lattitude apartments at 7pm. Went out next day at 7AM and the bike was missing. No signs of bike or lock. The bike was locked using a u-lock under the seatstays and around the seattube on the frame. The wheels are also locked to the bike with locking skewers.
