Description of the theft
I parked my bike outside the Platt Park Apartments at (99 E Arizona Ave) by their bike rack in front of the gym entrance on Lincoln Ave at 7pm. When I came out around 9:30pm, my bike was gone and the ulock was left on the rack with a cut though it (a very clean cut that looked like it was from an angle grinder).
