Description of the theft
Bike was attached to bike rack on the back of my car. The car was parked on the beach parking with entrance on Bicknell Ave.
Bike was locked and attached to the bike rack with a Master Lock Steel Cable.
Thieves cut the cable and took the bike off the rack.
They probably tossed it in the back of a car because the wheels were tied with straps and the straps were gone too.
Parts of the cable were found on the ground.
