Description of the theft
Bike was leaning on the patio fence of Tap on the Rocks restaurant while having lunch. Bike was only feet away from 25+ people having lunch on the patio and in my sight. As I got up to leave the patio someone who had been watching and waiting nearby swooped in and grabbed the bike and rode off with it. The restaurant has video evidence which was shared with law enforcement.
