Bicycle detail

On Sunday October 13th I parked slightly left of center in the homedepot ( 1728 N Tomahawk Island Dr, Portland, OR 97217) parking lot two spaces from the first parking spot at the front of the store. At approximately 6:00PM I entered the store, and exited at about 6:30PM. When I approached my vehicle I quickly noticed my bicycle was gone. It had been stolen off my bicycle rack in broad day light in the very front of the parking lot. I was tied down with bungie cords and Velcro straps. I immediately went back in the store and talked to customer service, they were not able to review the security footage because lost prevention had gone home for the night, they did say there are cameras outside and they likely caught the incident
