Description of the theft
Got an update today. The police found the bike. However the lady that stole it was hit on Missouri Avenue on the bicycle and died from her injuries. The bike is totaled.
They verified it was her based on the camera footage they had from the school. She also had been coming back to take pictures of other bikes from Largo high school that she was going to steal. Please make sure that your children lock their bikes!

My son's bike was chained up at Largo High School in the bike gated Zone. The school has not been locking the gate. Someone came on school property with chain Cutters cut his chain and stole the bike. The bike has a new seat on it see the pictures attached. And also has a black water bottle holder. We are working with the school to make sure the bike zone fenced area is locked from now on. Police report will be filed this morning on Monday with the school. This is an extra large frame very unique mountain bike for track. Very cleaned up. Has a brand new rear tire brand new crankshaft setup. Tires are all black
