My bike was in a restricted access, video survallience monitored bike room at Atristry Apartments Downtown Indy. My bike was hanging on the wall locked up for the winter. Someone with access went into the room with cable cutters and cut down my bike. Bike and cable are missing. The space where my bike was in vacant.
