2 disk breaks, front wheel suspension, ringing bell, only rear gears

Stolen bike was stolen without the battery. Battery slide is under the carrier with the 2 black bags over it. Stolen without the keys for the battery dock. Any battery would not release from dock without keys.

add on which might have been removed by thiefs. one from reflector. 2 black bike bags both sides on top of each other (double bike bags). Bottom bag might still have a plastic boots bag with repair tools in it. Front link on basket with rust on the mount. Green and grey color sticker on the right side of the frame at front with company DNEG (double negative) bike registration for their bike room.
