Description of the theft
My bike was U-locked to one of the BlueBike bike stands, but not through the wheel. A person stole both my wheels and also the handlebars, leaving the frame. The attached video from Finn McCool's shows that he simply walked by and decided to steal the front wheel after seeing it. He then walks away quickly, but then I assume came back for the back wheel and the handlebars; I don't have that video but I could bother Finn's to retrieve it. So I assume he lives or had a car parked nearby.
Can this be spread around to see if someone knows this person? The back of the shirt and basic manner of dress are fairly identifying.
