Bicycle detail

Have been locking my bike around this intersection all year - always use 3 locks to secure every removable component, including a strong U lock. No evidence of locks remained near the bike rack. Had walked past about 20 mins prior and upon return bike was gone.

I received video of the guy pacing around my bike I got from a bystander who thought he looked suspicious and familiar from a FB group. He told me he went inside to grab a drink and my bike was gone and saw the guy riding it down the street when he came out.
