Description of the theft
Bike was left under Scott Library at Jefferson University at 9:00 am on June 19th with a cable lock. Helmet was also secured in the cable lock. At 1:00 pm when the bike was to be retrieved I noticed it missing along with the helmet and lock. I filed a report with Jefferson Security.
