Description of the theft
This beautiful road bike was stolen from the bike rack at the front entrance of the Mission Valley YMCA. Cable was cut cleanly with bolt cutters. Brunette Female early 30's with poor complexion seen seen walking bike through east parking lot of YMCA wearing basketball shorts and T-shirt. Short Hispanic guy about 5'5" following with backpack.
