Description of the theft
Bike has simple black coated steel frame and red bullhorn handlebars. Some nicks on the frame but in great shape.
Locked bike, using a u-lock and a heavy chain, to a bike rack ring bolted to the ground on Tues 10/30 at 2pm. Arrived back Fri 11/2 at 10pm and bike was missing. Pieces of the lock were on the ground.
