Description of the theft
Monday morning I used a Kryptonite U-lock to lock the front wheel and frame of my bike to a bike rack at the Mountain View Caltrain station (wave-style rack on the southbound side, the one closer to the transit center). I also used a cable to connect the back wheel to the U-lock. I took the 7:25am northbound Caltrain, and when I returned at 6:03pm, my bike was gone. My helmet was left next to the broken U-lock and cable on the ground.
