Description of the theft
My bike was locked to the bike rack in our parking garage. Sometime between midnight and 8am the lock was cut, and it was taken. This is not the first bike to be stolen from there. It has a cup holder, Cell phone holder, wire basket, a luggage rack?, and a yellow bell with flower print. See the pic.
