Description of the theft
Bike was parked outside Albertsons store at 8 PM. As I came out of the store at 8:20 PM, bike wasn't there. The rear tire was locked onto itself using cable lock. A person sitting outside store mentioned he saw a young white guy dragging bike around 8:15 PM and taking it away from the rear side of Albertsons store.
