Description of the theft
Locked it up in front of the downtown library. I played 2 games of chess inside went to leave pulled my only key (lock came with only 1 key ) and my bike was gone I go around the corner. I see a security guard and asked hey u work here. Yes he replied. So how does someone steal a bike braid day light with a security guard standing right here less then 40 ft from the bike rack?
