Description of the theft
Oct 3: I put the ebike on the bike rack in the East Bike Storage Room. I locked the bike with the lock threading
through the front wheel and fork and the bike rack. I used the Lectric brand bike lock that I bought with the bike.
Oct 4- Nov 10: I was traveling etc so I did not get a chance to use the bike or to check in on it.
