Description of the theft
At 6pm 9.1.2018 the owner locked the bikes to the racks at the Millbrae Caltrain Station (South bound platform, beneath the bart concourse, between the stairs and elevator). The bike was U-Locked between the frame, back wheel, and the bike rack. The bike had anti-theft wheel locks, and a seat lock. When the owner returned to the racks at 12:00 PM on 9.2.2018, both bike and lock were missing without a trace.
