Description of the theft
It was locked next to a boathouse on the Boston side of the Charles River. It was stolen between 6 and 7 am.
I don’t know what the serial number is, however, there is a dent in the middle of the top bar of the frame, and there is an extra set of brakes in the front (as well as the ones on the drop bars). If the tape hasn’t been replaced by the person who stole it the tape is green and very torn up.
