Description of the theft
I had locked the front wheel to the bike stand using a U lock and then locked the frame along with the rear wheel to the front wheel with a cable lock. The thief has cut the cable lock and detached the frame and rear wheel from the front wheel. The front wheel and U-lock were intact at the bike stand. The bike has a black memory foam seat on the original white colored one.
