Description of the theft
Men's 21" frame white Gazelle bike ("Dutch" written on cross bar) with fenders, back rack, black panniers, bar ends and pedals with toe cages stolen from large bike rack at the north end of Kane Hall on the UW campus. (Bar ends and cages were added by me after the attached photo was taken.)
