Description of the theft
Bicycle was stored in apartment bike room (only residents are apparently supposed to have access to the room). The cable and u-lock (OnGuard) was securing my bike and my finace's bike to a bike rack. The cable was cut and left at in the bike room, along with the u-lock and my fiance's bike.
