Ebike was locked under a security camera. Stolen in broad daylight. Police have not pulled video from store. Two sightings after theft - 1) 8/26/22 in Deering Oaks Park. Battery reported to be dead. Guy trying to sell. 2) 8/29/22 seen on the corner of St. John Street & Congress Street in Portland. 3) 9/27/22 seen at Cumberland Ave and Mellen Street in Portland.
