Bikes were locked onto a Thule hitch rack at my motel right in front of our room. Thieves used bolt cutters to cut locks and rode away. Motel has thieves on security camera. Happened at the Marina Beach Motel on Bath Street in Santa Barbara at approx 4:00am on May 28th
