Locked against pole on Venice Boardwalk on the corner of N. Venice Blvd. and Boardwalk. Locked together with a pink child's bike through the frames. Bianchi stolen, with lock, child's bike left behind. Witness saw man with ponytail, black cap and black shirt/jacket walk back and forth looking around, then ride away on bike north on Speedway.
