Description of the theft
Arrived at work around 7:45am and locked bike to bike rack: front tire directly to rack and back tire lock to cable around rack. Nearby I noticed a plaid jacket in decent shape, which at the time, I thought one of my colleagues had forgotten the day before. When I left work at 4:30pm, bike was gone. Surveillance footage captured individual on bicycle approach and leave with my bike within a minute. Locks cut using an angle grinder.
