Bicycle detail

We left two bikes tied up outside Target and went to go shopping. A few hours later, we found our bikes gone. Target says they have footage of the guy cutting our lock and taking off with the two bikes. Our helmets were in the panniers attached to the sea foam bike described here. It was a three speed with a bell on the left and rear view mirrors on both sides. The second bike was a burgundy single speed with foam handles.
