Description of the theft
The bike was in the basement, locked to the racks in the laundry room which is supposed to be always locked (residents have the key to the laundry room.) The U-lock was attaching the front wheel to the rack. Unfortunately the wheel was connected to the frame with a quick release skew. The thief opened the skew, took the frame with the rear wheel, and left the front wheel and the U-lock. I noticed the theft on 4th of July, and the last time I saw my bike was on June 29, 2020. So it must be stolen in between; I don't know exactly when.
