Description of the theft
Parked at student center around 8:15 am locked to bicycle rack. Returned at 3:15 pm to find my helmet, heavy duty lock, heavy duty cable, and bike gone. Whoever stole the bike is highly aware of the position of security cameras because they left the campus avoiding all surveillance. A lot of people knew that bike was mine including some security and yet nobody seen anything. The person would have had to been either very comfortable at the college campus or very comfortable with stealing things.
