I locked my bike to one of the bicycle racks locked outside 2973 16th St at ~11am today, Oct 7. Upon returning at ~12:30pm, my bike was missing and the
bike rack had evidence of damage in the spot where my bike had been secured. There were no security cameras for any business on either side of the
street, and no passerby were able to provide any additional detail.
