Description of the theft
Bike was in a locked, unattached garage behind the apartment I was subletting. The lock & door were undamaged. My 2 roommates and the upstairs neighbors also have keys. SingTrax was there the night before I moved out, and I never saw her again.
No I did not & do not intend to file a police report. I have never once had a positive personal experience with a police officer, and they'd be annoyed at the hassle as well. And I'm never getting SingTrax back; it's just statistically not gonna happen. Better for my mental health to put the loss in the rearview & let it get smaller.
Just, you know- please don't purchase the bike in this photo, esp. in or near Milwaukee.
