Description of the theft
My bike was locked at the bike rack between the AV Williams building and the CSI building. I remember locking it by the frame to the rack. When I returned after studying, it was gone from where I locked it. I found half a chain link on the ground nearby, cut in two places, where my bike was. Someone cut my chain and stole my bike.
