Bicycle detail

Apartment building (Second and Main) had the P1 garage door break and was left open. This allowed outside access to the garage and the bike storage unit on the P1 level. I had my road bike, mountain bike and my kids bike all secured with separate bike locks to the wall mounted bike brackets and a separate cable connecting all three together. I discovered today
when I went down to the locker to get my bike it and all other bikes had been stolen by three non residents that gained access to the locker and removed all the bikes. The building manager did not notify the residents of this theft and they security they
had hired for the night time was not present. I found out through other residents that this theft
occurred and I had added this report to his original call in report 21-2343. Video of the incident and photos of the people removing the bikes was recorded by the bldg security cameras and I have copies if needed.
