outside of the jeffrey apartments downtown on 11th and jefferson. i was volunteering with the homeless youth and came out to find it gone, lock cut. the surveilance video shows a guy wearing all black, could not see his face, come clip my lock and ride off on it. i can furnish video if found. Reward: 100 dollars or tutoring in the sciences, russian language
